Paw Prince is designed as a pet resort and spa for the not so average domestic pet. Paw Prince understands that many pet owners do not consider themselves to be pet owners, but parents, thus making their pets their children. With this philosophy in mind, Paw Prince is devoted to providing the same care a conventional resort for children would provide. Paw Prince features ‘resort’ surroundings for your family member, with indoor/outdoor living accommodations maintained at a pleasant temperature for all of Florida’s seasons. Paw Prince provides full-time personal pet care and is devoted to the highest quality available in a clean, healthy, and safe environment. Not only does Paw Prince offer first class boarding accommodations, Paw Prince features on site grooming availability and one-on-one attention with a resort "caregiver" in a pleasant outdoor setting.

Paw Prince is located on 3 acres of once farmland in quiet Land O’ Lakes, and offers a healthy atmosphere with personal attention to the needs of each pet. Offering boarding, grooming, daycare services to the Tampa, New Tampa, Springhill, Brooksville, Lutz, and Carrollwood areas for over 4 years, Paw Prince has established a reputation for giving the highest quality care for your dog or cat.

Paw Prince was designed for the best of pet care, starting with its quiet country setting. Large individual shaded indoor/outdoor runs, indoor suites, which are fully heated, and air conditioned, enclosed outdoor exercise yards, Separate cat accommodations.

Paw Prince is a privately owned business with Kim and Marc Zuccola as owners and Karen Hubby the resort manager. Our aim is to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment for every pet boarded with us to make their stay as pleasant as possible and to provide ample outdoor daily exercise and fun activities for the dogs and indoor recreation time for cats.

In order for us to do this we require that each dog be vaccinated against Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainflueniza, Parvo Leptospirosis Corona, and Bordetella within 6 months for dogs 1-10 years and Cats against Rabies and distemper. We also strongly recommend that your cat be protected against feline leukemia. Dogs must have regular fecal and heartworm test within 12 months prior to boarding.
